Thank you for choosing to shop at Bacedesign! This Shipping Policy provides important details about our shipping and delivery procedures. We kindly request that you review this policy before making a purchase.




1. Delivery Area


We currently offer shipping services within the United Kingdom. Regrettably, we do not ship internationally at this time. Orders can only be delivered within the UK.




2. Processing Time


Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been verified, we will process and ship your order within 1~2 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.




3. Shipping Methods and Fees


We offer a single shipping method for domestic delivery within the United Kingdom. The shipping fee for domestic orders is $8. Please be informed that this fee is subject to change without prior notice. We are unable to ship to international addresses at this time.




4. Delivery Time


The estimated delivery time for domestic orders within the United Kingdom is approximately 20 to 25 days. This time frame includes processing and shipping. However, please bear in mind that unforeseen delays, such as adverse weather or disruptions in transportation, may occur and are beyond our control.




5. Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress and estimated delivery time of your package. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.




6. Delivery Address


Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you require a change in the delivery address after placing the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.




7. Failed Delivery Attempts


In the event that our carrier attempts delivery but is unsuccessful, they will generally leave a delivery notification card with instructions for further action. Please follow the provided instructions carefully to arrange a successful delivery or collection at a designated location. If the package remains unclaimed within the specified time period, it may be returned to us, and additional shipping fees will apply for resending the package.




8. Order Cancellation During Shipment


It is important to note that once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing the order but before it has been shipped.


9. International Customs and Duties


As previously stated, we currently do not offer international shipping. Therefore, no international customs or import duties will be applicable to your orders.
