Thank you for shopping at Bacedesign! We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our Returns Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.


2. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


   a. Contact our customer service team at customercar@bacedesign.com or + to request a return authorization. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.


   b. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.


   c. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and any promotional materials that came with it.


   d. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.


   e. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


3. Refund Process


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.


4. Exchange Option


If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item separately.


5. Non-Returnable Items


Certain items are non-returnable, including underwear, swimwear, and personalized or customized items unless they are defective. We also do not accept returns on items that are clearly used or damaged by the customer.


6. Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the process.


7. Return Shipping Address


When you contact our customer service team for a return authorization, they will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address. Please do not send any returns without obtaining a return authorization number.
